Responsibilities

• Interact with multiple clients to provide an exceptional client experience by handling daily interactions and resolving issues.
• Act as liaison between Customer Service, Claims and Account Leads, maintaining relationships with client contacts.
• Monitor operational processes and suggest improvements to services and programs.
• Support onboarding of new clients and assist in day-to-day tactical client issues.
• Escalate issues to Account Leads and assist in reporting as required.
