Job summary

BNY Mellon in Wroclaw, Poland is seeking a Specialist 2, Client Operations to join our Loans Enablement Platform (LEP) team. You will support a wide range of LEP activities, taking ownership of operational processes, managing exceptions, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality service.

You will handle complex cases, contribute to process improvements, and help maintain a strong risk and control environment.

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in operations or financial services.
Experience in loan servicing or lending operations is desirable.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operational activities across the LEP, including complex transactions and exceptions.
Review and process transactions accurately and in line with procedures and controls.
Investigate and resolve issues, breaks, and client inquiries.
Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and support service delivery.
Help ensure compliance with service levels, controls, and regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
Support incident management, escalations, and root cause analysis.
Perform controls, reconciliations, and quality checks, escalating risks when needed.
Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.
Assist with operational change initiatives, testing, and new client or process onboarding.
