Citi Poland is seeking a capable Loan Documentation and Processing professional to join the Loans Operations team in Warsaw. You will manage preparing and reviewing loan documentation and support the end-to-end loan process in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage preparing and reviewing loan documentation.
• Interact with counterparties around positions and balances.
• Supports an expansive and/or diverse array of products (risk and control) /services.
• Follow established procedures to identify and resolve problems related to loan documentation/processing activities that require investigation or research and makes recommendations to management to support process improvement.
• Designs and analyzes moderately complex loan documentation reports for management requirements, support/control activities, and the launch of products/services.
• Makes evaluative judgments based on the analysis of factual information, and provides assistance in the implementation of loan documentation process improvements.

Team/Role Overview:

The Loan Operations Team provide operational support for multiple Clients and business sectors across the UK/E/MEA region providing Loan Administration services for both syndicated and bilateral deals originated and captured within the region.

The mission is to provide a high quality and consistent level of service to all entities throughout the life cycle of the loan.

What you'll do:

• This role will manage preparing and reviewing loan documentation while providing support to a variety of tasks related to the loan process. Activities will include independently processing and closing loans within a complex loans operation environment
• There may be possible interaction with other counterparties around positions and outstanding balances/claims
• Supports an expansive and/or diverse array of products (risk and control) /services
• Follows established procedures to identify and resolve problems related to loan documentation/processing activities that require investigation or research and makes recommendations to management to support process improvement
• Designs and analyzes moderately complex loan documentation reports for management requirements, support/control activities, and the launch of products/services
• Makes evaluative judgments based on the analysis of factual information, and provides assistance in the implementation of loan documentation process improvements
