Job summary

TechTree in Kraków is seeking a dedicated Loan Processing Officer to manage the end-to-end loan application flow, from submission to contract finalisation. You will verify documents, prepare contracts, and ensure compliance while coordinating with sales, credit, and external brokers to keep processing moving smoothly.

You will review applications, conduct eligibility checks, collect statements and reports, and maintain meticulous records.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing loan applications and drafting contracts.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in loan processing.
• Experience working with cross-department teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review loan applications for completeness and eligibility.
• Collect and verify supporting documents from applicants.
• Draft and prepare loan contracts and agreements based on approved terms.
• Review finalised contracts for accuracy before sending to applicants.
• Communicate with clients to ensure understanding of the agreement.
• Maintain organised records of all submissions and filings.
• Conduct audits to ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance.
