Job summary

BNY in Wroclaw is seeking a Specialist, Regulatory Analysis and Reporting II to monitor and review transactions across real estate, private equity, fund of funds and private debt, and to perform ownership verification and document review.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, respond to auditors and regulators, train colleagues, and contribute to internal projects while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in the fund industry is required – experience in real estate, private equity or debt funds is essential.
• Perfect command of English. Any additional languages would be considered as an advantage.
• Proficient command of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review real estate, private equity, fund of funds and private debt transactions.
• Perform controls related to ownership verification and review legal documentation.
• Follow the procedures and controls designed to ensure activity is performed according to regulatory requirements.
• Report findings according to the escalation procedure and initiate corrective actions.
• Build effective relationship with Clients and have the knowledge to explain the regulatory background related to the requirements.
• Respond to queries from external auditors, regulators, clients and internal departments.
• Support team members, share knowledge and provide trainings.
• Contribute to internal projects.
