Job summary

Belvedere Recruitment is seeking a Senior CLM/KYC Specialist for a global bank in Kraków, Poland. You will manage end-to-end customer onboarding and conduct KYC reviews for corporate clients, analysing ownership structures and ensuring compliance with AML and regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with Compliance and Relationship Managers, maintain SLA targets, and help strengthen controls to prevent financial crime. Proactive governance and risk assessment are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of customer due diligence (CDD), KYC, AML, sanctions, FATCA and CRS.
• Experience analysing corporate customers and complex ownership structures.
• Ability to interpret legal and corporate documentation accurately.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to meet quality targets and SLAs.
• Confident stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Complete KYC due diligence reviews within agreed timelines.
• Analyse customer profiles and identify beneficial owners.
• Execute screening alerts for sanctions, PEP and adverse media.
• Review and recommend customer risk rating adjustments.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Relationship Managers on cases.
• Verify documentation for account opening and regulatory requirements.
• Escalate material risk concerns to management and stakeholders.
• Coach colleagues and support continuous process improvement.
