Job summary

SalesCaptain is seeking a Senior GTM Engineer to own and evolve our outbound revenue infrastructure across client accounts, sitting at the intersection of data, automation, AI, deliverability, and intent signals. You will architect end-to-end outbound systems, manage Clay workflows, email deliverability, and API integrations, and mentor junior engineers while helping set technical standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, outbound operations, growth engineering, or closely related role.
• Strong hands-on experience building outbound systems in B2B SaaS, GTM agency, consultancy, or fast-moving tech environment.
• Advanced experience with Clay, including complex enrichment workflows, Claygent, AI columns, waterfalls, and APIs.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability, sending infrastructure, domain reputation, authentication, and inbox health.
• Experience designing campaigns around intent data and buying signals.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end outbound systems from ICP through reporting.
• Build and optimize advanced Clay workflows, enrichment waterfalls, AI columns, and API integrations.
• Own and improve email deliverability infrastructure, domains, and reputation.
• Design intent and signal-based outbound systems using various signals.
• Build automation workflows with no-code tools and APIs.
• Use AI/LLMs to improve prospect research, qualification, and personalization.
• Mentor junior/mid GTM Engineers and document workflows.
• Identify inefficiencies and design scalable solutions.
