Worldline in Poland (Warsaw) is seeking a Chargeback (Dispute Management) Specialist with German to join our payments team. You will analyze incoming disputes, manage deadlines and prepare documentation to prevent losses while guiding customers through the process.

• Manage deadlines and responses to avoid financial losses.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Advise customers and ensure they understand the process to avoid complaints.
