Job summary

Jit is seeking a Change & Release Manager to oversee business and technical changes for a Google Cloud migration within a Nordic-style, hybrid work environment.

You will coordinate release activities, liaise with development teams, and ensure adherence to internal processes while collaborating with global stakeholders and program managers.

Change & Release Manager (Cloud Migration)

Salary: 1000-1200 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa(3 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on transformation to Google Cloud. As a Change Manager, you will own the change and release-related activities within the program, reporting to the Program Managers and acting as the single point of contact for coordinating business and technical change activities.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Manage business process and technical changes within the program
• Coordinate and facilitate changes required from application development teams
• Manage change and release management processes in line with the bank's internal processes and guidelines
• Act as the single point of contact for business and technical change-related activities
• Coordinate information sharing and upskilling activities for relevant users
• Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive follow-up actions

Expected competences and knowledge

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in change and release management
• Hands-on experience in change and release management within cloud migration projects; this experience should be clearly described in the application
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable insights
• Experience in facilitating information sharing, including related requirements and activities
• Excellent English skills, both spoken and written, combined with ownership, proactivity and a can-do attitude
