Qualifications

• Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu programów IT o dużej skali, z wykorzystaniem AI.
• Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w kierowaniu dużymi programami IT i transformacjami.
• Znajomość ram zarządzania projektami i prowadzenia Steering Committees.
• Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne i współpraca z interesariuszami.

Responsibilities

• Planowanie i zarządzanie dostawą projektów: harmonogramy, zależności, zasoby, ryzyka, budżet.
• Monitorowanie postępów i identyfikacja ryzyk oraz ich mitigacja.
• Wdrażanie i utrzymanie wysokich standardów zarządzania projektem i Governance.
• Koordynacja prac zespołów inżynieryjnych, architektów i biznesowych interesariuszy.
• Przekład celów strategicznych na plan dostaw i roadmaps.
• Tworzenie i prowadzenie struktur governance na różnych poziomach organizacji.
• Przygotowywanie raportów i prezentacji na najwyższym szczeblu.

Work model: hybrid from Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Delivery / Program Manager to lead large-scale, enterprise-wide AI-driven application modernization initiatives. This role requires a strong delivery leader who can successfully govern complex programs involving AI-assisted code conversion, automated refactoring, and application remediation while coordinating multiple engineering teams, architects, and business stakeholders.

You will play a key role in ensuring predictable delivery execution, maintaining strong governance standards, and driving successful outcomes across strategic transformation programs.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Plan and manage delivery activities, including timelines, dependencies, resources, risks, budgets, and financials
• Monitor delivery progress and proactively identify, manage, and escape risks and issues to ensure successful execution
• Promote and uphold strong project management discipline and delivery governance practices
• Coordinate across engineering teams, architects, SMEs, portfolio management, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on delivery objectives and technical direction
• Translate strategic goals and high-level plans into structured and executable delivery roadmaps
• Establish and facilitate governance structures at multiple organizational levels, including Steering Committee meetings with senior stakeholders
• Drive accountability, transparency, and effective communication across all project participants
• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and status updates

Expected competences and knowledge

• Proven track record leading AI-driven application modernization programs, including: (Code conversion, automated refactoring, application remediation, enterprise-scale transformation initiatives)
• Extensive experience leading complex IT programs and transformation initiatives (min. 5 years)
• Strong experience designing and managing governance frameworks across multiple organizational levels
• Experience facilitating Steering Committees and working directly with senior leadership.
• Ability to scope, govern, and successfully drive delivery initiatives from planning through execution
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Excellent financial management and resource planning capabilities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Advanced knowledge of: (Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel)
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong can-do attitude

Nice to have skills

• Experience working in large enterprise environments
• Experience managing modernization, cloud transformation, or digital transformation programs
• Exposure to AI-enabled software engineering tools and modernization platforms
