Job summary

Jit Team is seeking a professional to manage a finance-focused Data Quality Issue Management (DQIM) project within a hybrid setup from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa. The role emphasizes governance, cross-team coordination, and backlog reduction, with an international work environment and daily English interaction.

The project offers 3 days per week in the office, flexible work organization, and training opportunities financed by Jit.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and governance processes.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams and domains.
• Strong backlog management, prioritization, and issue tracking skills.
• Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, reporting, and escalation skills.
• Ability to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own the DQIM governance process and run triage boards.
• Coordinate cross-domain activities across GF, CDW, CCM, and source teams, ensuring clear accountability and escalating impediments when necessary.
• Monitor backlog health, ticket ownership, prioritization, RCA progress, and escalations to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Drive structural improvements, including intake gates, issue clustering, targeted RCA, closure controls, reporting, and automation opportunities.
• Provide transparent management reporting on backlog status and progress.
• Identify and elevate capacity, ownership, and dependency risks to support sustained backlog reduction.

Salary: 800-1000 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (3 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on Data Quality Issue Management (DQIM), ensuring effective governance, coordination across multiple domains, and continuous reduction of the issue backlog.
