Job summary

Jit Team is seeking a Project Manager to drive delivery within the Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) workstream as part of a large Google Cloud transformation in the financial services sector. You will coordinate cross-team activities, manage timelines, dependencies, and risks while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and an emphasis on high-performance delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on Google Cloud transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience with containerized portfolios in Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
• Strong risk and issue management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery execution within the GKE workstream.
• Plan and manage delivery activities, including timelines, dependencies, resources, and risks.
• Monitor and report on delivery progress, risks, and issues.
• Proactively identify, assess, and elevate blockers when needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams and workstreams within the wider transformation program.

Salary: 1000-1200 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Warsaw (3 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be joining a large-scale Google Cloud transformation program within the financial services sector, focusing on the Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) workstream. This role is part of a broader strategic initiative aimed at modernizing and enhancing cloud-based infrastructure and application delivery capabilities.

Responsibilities You'll Have

• Coordinate delivery execution within the Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) workstream
• Plan and manage delivery activities, including timelines, dependencies, resources, and risks
• Monitor and report on delivery progress, risks, and issues, ensuring predictable and successful execution
• Proactively identify, assess, and elevate risks or blockers when needed
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams and workstreams within the wider transformation program
• Promote and uphold strong project management discipline and a high-performance delivery culture
