Job summary

Jit Team is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale Big Data platform migration and vendor replacement initiative within a complex enterprise environment.

You will drive the transition of a Hadoop / Cloudera-based platform, coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing delivery activities, budget, risks, and governance processes. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the vendor replacement program as Project Manager.
• Plan and manage all delivery activities, timelines, dependencies, resources and milestones.
• Manage project budget, forecasting and financial controls; identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues.
• Ensure predictable project execution through governance and delivery management practices.
• Drive communication and alignment across business and technical stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate project team meetings and workshops; provide regular status reports.
• Conduct executive-level reporting and SteerCo presentations.
• Track progress and escalate critical issues when necessary.
• Promote strong delivery culture and project management discipline.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale Big Data platform migration and vendor replacement initiative within a complex enterprise environment.

You will drive the transition of a strategic Hadoop / Cloudera-based platform , coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing delivery activities, budget, risks, and governance processes. This role requires a proven track record in delivering large-scale migrations or vendor replacement programs within the Big Data ecosystem, with the ability to clearly articulate this experience in previous projects.

Responsibilities you'll have

Lead and coordinate the vendor replacement program as Project Manager

Plan and manage all delivery activities, timelines, dependencies, resources and milestones

Manage project budget, forecasting and financial controlsIdentify, assess and proactively mitigate project risks and issues

Ensure predictable project execution through strong governance and delivery management practices

Drive communication and alignment across business and technical stakeholders

Organize and facilitate project team meetings and workshops

Prepare and deliver regular project status reports
