Job summary

Jit Team is seeking a DevOps professional to maintain and scale the technical infrastructure of a financial services platform. You will build and support CI/CD pipelines, manage Linux-based systems, and automate deployment across environments in a hybrid work setup from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure stable operations, monitor systems, and optimize performance, while benefiting from a Scandinavian‑inspired culture and opportunities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in DevOps and production environment support.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation (Ansible, AAP, Bamboo, Jinja2, Terraform, Jenkins).
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Podman, Kubernetes).
• Advanced Linux administration (Red Hat 8/9/10).
• Python or Bash scripting proficiency.
• Good command of Git and source control systems.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their practical applications.
• Strong English communication skills in an international environment.

Job description

Salary: 800-950 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (2–3 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in maintaining and scaling the technical infrastructure of a financial services platform. The SUN application landscape requires stable, reliable platforms that support application development, testing, releases, and day-to-day operations at scale.
