Job summary

Jit Team in Poland invites an Expert IT Analyst to join a large-scale Core Banking Transformation Program, focused on replacing legacy systems with a unified Core Banking Platform. You will drive requirements end-to-end, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams in a complex banking environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Temenos T24 / Transact.
• Experience within the banking sector, preferably in a large financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and processes.
• Experience working in large-scale programs involving 300+ participants.
• Ability to work independently in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
