Job summary

J.P. Morgan, based in Warsaw, is seeking a Vice President in Global Corporate Banking to expand our client base across Central and Eastern Europe. You will manage a broad suite of products in close alignment with product and global coverage partners.

You will serve as the primary contact for corporate clients, develop relationships with Poland and CEE-headed clients, and coordinate with partners to tailor solutions. Travel across the CEE region is required.

Qualifications

• Proven corporate or investment banking coverage of CEE clients.
• Strong relationship management and closing transactions.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for corporate clients across topics.
• Develop and deepen relationships with Polish and CEE-headed clients.
• Coordinate with global coverage and product partners to deliver solutions.
• Originate and execute the full suite of corporate banking products including cash management and debt capital markets.
• Lead client onboarding and present cases to internal committees.
• Act as first line of defence for credit quality monitoring and escalation.
• Maintain high standards of execution and pipeline management.
• Travel frequently across the CEE region.
