Job summary

Marsh seeks a Lead HR Manager for Central and Eastern Europe to drive regional HR management, policy alignment, and people strategy across 15 countries. You will partner with business leaders and People Managers to ensure consistent HR delivery and performance.

The role leads a team of six HR Business Partners, guiding implementation, coaching, and continuous improvement within a hybrid work model across the CEE region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of HR experience with cross-country leadership
• Experience leading in a multinational, matrixed organization
• Proven ability to lead remote teams and influence stakeholders
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong business acumen and HR policy execution
• Familiarity with HR systems and driving organizational change

Responsibilities

• Lead HR management support across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE)
• Partner with People Managers and Business Leaders to deliver the CEE people agenda
