BD seeks an experienced HR leader to head the CEE HR team and implement a new service delivery model across the SSC and Centers of Excellence. You will align HR strategies with business goals, lead talent development, and drive continuous improvement across regions.

The role emphasizes diversity, inclusion, and a high-performance culture, with strong collaboration across global HR leaders. You will travel within the region as required.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 5–10 years of HR leadership experience in a regional or multi-country setting.
• Fluent in English and Polish; knowledge of additional CEE languages is a plus.

• Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with business and SSC leaders to design and implement HR strategies aligned with objectives.
• Talent Management: design org structures, identify talent, and lead succession planning.
• Diversity & Inclusion: develop and implement diversity initiatives.
• Total Rewards & Policy Consistency: benchmark and design competitive compensation and benefits plans.
• HR Solutions & Leadership Support: design customized HR solutions and present data-driven recommendations.
• Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement: define KPIs, analyze metrics, and drive improvements.
• Delivering Excellence: maintain high standards in execution and accountability.
