Job summary

Versuni is seeking an HR Lead for the CEE region to coordinate the HR agenda across 19 countries, and to act as Poland and Ukraine HR Manager, owning the local HR agenda end to end.

You will oversee Admin and Payroll teams across 12 countries, refine employee benefits, ensure compliance with local regulations, and partner with leaders on workforce planning and change management. The role requires English and Polish, multi-country HR leadership experience, ideally in consumer goods.

Qualifications

• Several years in an HR Manager, HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist role, with regional or multi-country exposure, ideally in consumer goods.
• Proven team management experience and ability to operate in a matrix environment.
• Strong knowledge of core HR processes, employee relations, performance management and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the HR agenda across 19 countries in the CEE region and align with global priorities.
• Act as HR Manager for Poland and Ukraine, owning local HR end-to-end.
• Oversee Admin and Payroll teams across 12 countries, ensuring compliant HR operations.
• Safeguard and improve employee benefits to be market-relevant and well managed.
• Ensure compliance of local HR regulations, policies and handbooks across CEE.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, engagement, performance and change management.
• Advise on employee relations, labour-law compliance, and sensitive people matters.
• Drive consistency in performance cycles, compensation reviews, talent reviews and data accuracy.
• Support wellbeing, culture and inclusion initiatives to strengthen employee experience.
