Gcore is seeking an HRBP Lead/Manager to lead and develop the HRBP team, aligning people priorities with business goals across the company. You’ll partner with senior leaders to design and implement organisation-wide people plans that drive growth, transformation and performance.

The role requires experience in senior HRBP positions, change management, and the use of AI to improve HR processes. You’ll support multiple European and Central Asian countries, coach leaders, and help build a culture

Qualificações

• Significant experience in a senior HRBP role supporting executive leaders.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, and leadership development.
• Experience applying AI and automation to HR processes.
• Experience across multiple European and Central Asian countries.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing and coaching skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior leaders to develop evidence-based people plans that support business growth, innovation and transformation, with clear measures of success.
• Advise on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, organisational culture and people risks.
• Lead organisational design and change programmes, covering structures, role design, selection, consultation and implementation.
• Coach leaders through growth and transformation, supporting clear communication, employee engagement and retention of critical skills.
• Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning for critical technical and leadership roles.
• Strengthen management capability through coaching and practical support, helping managers handle people matters confidently and consistently.
• Use people analytics, labour-market insights and employee feedback to identify priorities, anticipate risks and assess the impact of people initiatives.
• Work with business leaders and Finance to forecast workforce needs and people costs, balancing business priorities with available budgets.
