Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions Poland is seeking a Business Analyst with ecommerce/DXP experience to join our Delivery team. You will document client needs, translate into user stories and acceptance criteria, run workshops, and collaborate with a Scrum/delivery team through go-live.

The ideal candidate has hands-on BA experience with CMS or DXP projects (Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco or similar), plus strong stakeholder management, agile delivery, and exceptional communication.

Qualifications

Experience as a Business Analyst on ecommerce / experience projects.
Experience managing client stakeholders and Product Owners / Managers.
Able to run workshops with client stakeholders.
Hands-on BA on CMS or DXP projects (Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco).
Experience gathering requirements for content architecture and migrations.
Strong communication, time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Gather and document requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Identify and recommend options for potential solutions and assess them for technical and business suitability.
Create logical and innovative solutions and present proposals to clients.
Work with a scrum / delivery team through to go live.
Analyse business systems to recommend efficiencies and provide estimates.
