Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions in Poland is seeking a Business Analyst with Commerce experience and Content management/DXP familiarity to join our Delivery team. This role focuses on documenting business needs, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborating with clients and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.

You will work with CMS/DXP platforms such as Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, or Umbraco, and gather requirements for content architectures, templates,

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Business Analyst on ecommerce/experience projects.
  • Experience managing client stakeholders and Product Owners/Managers.
  • Ability to run workshops with client stakeholders.
  • Hands-on BA on CMS/DXP projects (Optimizely, Contentful, AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco).
  • Experience gathering requirements for content architecture, templates, workflows, or migrations.
  • Proactive, detail-focused team player with initiative.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and improving online experiences.
  • Customer-first mindset with ability to work at client locations if needed.
  • Experience of Agile software delivery.
  • Business process mapping and engineering.
  • Ecommerce and retail/brand experience.
  • Production of high quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Analysis and design of systems (integration and bespoke development).
  • Ability to work on own initiative to an agreed action plan.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document requirements and translate into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Identify and assess options for potential solutions for technical and business fit.
  • Create logical, innovative solutions and present proposals to clients.
  • Work with a scrum/delivery team through to go live.
  • Analyze business systems to recommend efficiencies.
  • Provide estimates for analysis work and plans with Project/Programme Managers.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers and end users to ensure quality delivery.
  • Provide training to users of new systems as required.
  • Plan and work flexibly to meet deadlines.
  • Keep up to date with technical and industry advances.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and escalate issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with UK project team and be available until 18:00 PL.

Business Analyst with Commerce experience and Content management/DXP experience wanted to join our Delivery team here in Poland.

The opportunity

Working under your own initiative with required guidance and support, a Business Analyst with proven experience you will be part of the Business Analysis team and expected to take the initiative in ensuring the business needs of our client are fully documented, understood and met by the proposed solution.

What you’ll get to do
  • Gather and document requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria that can be used and interpreted by both business and technical users. This will involve planning, running and facilitating workshops, reviewing and assessing source documentation from the customer
  • Identify and recommend options for potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability
  • Create logical and innovative solutions to problems
  • Present proposals to clients
  • Work with a scrum / delivery team through to go live
  • Analyse business systems in order to recommend efficiencies
  • Provide estimates for analysis work and plans in conjunction with Project/Programme Managers
  • Communicate and collaborate with developers, testers and a variety of end users to ensure all solutions deliver quality and customer satisfaction
  • Provide training to users of a new system as required
  • Plan and work flexibly to meet deadlines
  • Keep up to date with technical and industry sector advances
  • Maintain great client relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • Maintain consistently high levels of client satisfaction and effectively escalating business critical situations to as required
  • Manage situations and relationships both internally and externally
What you should have
  • Experience working as a Business Analyst on ecommerce / experience projects
  • Experience of managing client stakeholders and Product Owners / Manangers
  • Able to run workshops with client stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience as a BA on web content management (CMS) or Digital Experience Platform (DXP)projects (e.g., Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco, or similar).
  • Experience gathering requirements for content architecture, page templates, component libraries, editorial/publishing workflows, or content migrations.
  • Highly proactive, talented, enthusiastic, focused, eye for detail, professional. Keen to learn and to challenge for smarter ways of doing things; a team player proud of their work who wants to share it
  • You like working in a fast-paced environment and are ready to inspire outstanding online experiences for consumers and brands, no matter what product, service, sector, device or channel!
  • You will have a customer-first mindset, with the maturity and initiative to do what it takes keep our clients happy, including some working at client locations
  • Experience of Agile software delivery
