Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions in Poland is seeking a Business Analyst with ecommerce experience to join our Delivery team. The role is based in Poland with hybrid or remote working options and requires availability until 18:00 local time for UK-aligned collaboration.

You will gather requirements, translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria, manage stakeholders, run workshops, and collaborate with developers, testers and end users to deliver high-quality online experiences for brands.

Qualifications

Experience working as a Business Analyst on ecommerce / experience projects.
Experience of managing client stakeholders and Product Owners / Manangers.
Able to run workshops with client stakeholders.
Experience working on Content projects.
Experience working on Experience projects.
Highly proactive, talented, enthusiastic, focused, eye for detail, professional.
Fast-paced environment; able to inspire outstanding online experiences.
Customer-first mindset; willing to work at client locations when needed.
Great stakeholder management skills.
Experience of Agile software delivery.
Business Process mapping and engineering.
eCommerce and retail / brand experience.
Production of high quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
Analysis and design of systems (package integration and bespoke development).
Ability to work on your own initiative to an agreed action plan.
Strong communication skills.
Strong problem solving, time management and organisational skills.
Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
Energetic, enthusiastic with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Gather and document requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Identify and recommend options for potential solutions and assess them for suitability.
Create logical and innovative solutions to problems.
Present proposals to clients and work with a scrum/delivery team through go live.
Analyse business systems to recommend efficiencies and provide estimates.
Communicate with developers, testers and end users to ensure quality and satisfaction.
Provide training to users of a new system as required.
Plan and work flexibly to meet deadlines.
Keep up to date with technical and industry advances.
Maintain strong client relationships at all levels and escalate when needed.
