Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions in Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager with Content management or DXP experience to join our eCommerce Team on a contract basis. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple workstreams, and ensure on-time delivery of CMS/DXP projects for external clients.

The role requires proven eCommerce and CMS/DXP experience, strong stakeholder communication, and ability to manage budgets and interdependencies with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Proven software development project management experience.
• eCommerce experience ideally within a retail environment.
• Hands-on experience on web content management (CMS) or Digital Experience Platform (DXP) projects.
• Experience gathering requirements for content architecture and migrations.
• Proven experience managing re-platforming projects and cutovers.
• Proven experience of scope control within project delivery.
• Experience on eCommerce platform projects delivering changes to external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects using Agile methodologies.
• Manage multiple workstreams and interdependencies.
• Provide accurate status reporting on milestones, risks and issues.
• Set client expectations and resolve escalations with diplomacy.
• Support Junior Project Managers and maintain budgets.
