Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Project Manager on a contract basis in Poland to lead eCommerce and content management initiatives. You will drive complex projects with Agile methods, coordinate cross-functional teams, and report on progress and risks.

The role requires CMS/DXP experience and strong stakeholder management. You’ll work within a B2B contract framework in Poland, collaborating with senior sponsors and junior PMs to deliver high-quality outcomes on time while managing budgets

Qualifications

• Proven software development project management experience.
• Experience with eCommerce projects and CMS/DXP platforms.
• Ability to manage content architectures and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Run complex projects using Agile methodologies.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and interdependencies.
• Provide accurate status reports on milestones, risks and issues.
• Lead and mentor junior project managers on the account.
• Manage project budgets and client expectations.
