Promise Group, a leading Microsoft partner in the CEE region, is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Warsaw. You will gather requirements, work with stakeholders, and translate needs into clear specifications.

You will map processes, identify improvements, support planning, and help drive digital transformation across projects. Fluency in Polish and English and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business analysis or related IT roles.
• Strong ability to gather requirements and translate into documentation.
• Solid understanding of business process analysis and process mapping.
• Effective communication with both business and technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and analytical problem-solving.
• Fluent Polish and English, written and spoken.

The company has been operating since 1991 and, since 1996, has been the largest provider of Microsoft solutions in Poland. Promise Group specializes in software licensing optimization, IT systems design, implementation, maintenance, and business application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for internal projects.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and optimization.
• Support project planning, prioritization, scope management, and communication across project teams.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with business users and project stakeholders.
• Support user acceptance testing, validate delivered solutions, and ensure alignment with business expectations.
• Maintain clear project documentation, including requirements, decisions, dependencies, and change requests.

Our Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong ability to gather requirements, structure information, and translate business needs into actionable documentation.
• Good understanding of business process analysis, process mapping, and continuous improvement methods.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Very good Polish and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proactive mindset, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing project environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in projects related to building or implementing a data warehouse.
• Experience cooperating with C-level stakeholders and supporting senior-level decision-making processes.
