Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand data challenges and business needs
• Lead workshops and discussions to define solution direction
• Design high‑level data solution approaches (analytics, platforms, AI readiness)
• Build value propositions (ROI, insights, efficiency improvements)
• Support proposals and ensure clarity of scope, assumptions, and risks
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Microsoft teams
• Provide best practices and insights to support decision‑making
• Identify follow‑up opportunities based on customer needs
