Job summary

UPM is seeking a Billing Manager to join the Finance team in the Wrocław Business Hub. You will lead the Billing & Miscellaneous Invoicing operations, drive process standardization, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate, on-time service delivery and compliance with UPM policies.

The role requires 5+ years in billing, strong leadership in a global matrix, and deep knowledge of VAT and Lead to Cash. English fluency and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration or similar.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in billing and finance operations.
• Experience leading teams in a global matrix organization.
• Knowledge of VAT and bookkeeping principles and Lead to Cash end-to-end process.
• Fluent in English; experience from international business.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead Billing team responsible for Billing & Miscellaneous Invoicing operations.
• Drive standardization and efficiency of Billing & Miscellaneous Invoicing processes.
• Develop and implement Billing & Miscellaneous Invoicing templates and interfaces.
• Ensure coordination with stakeholders for world-class customer experience and compliance.
• Maintain documentation and instructions; participate in end-to-end Lead to Cash processes.
• Provide area expertise in various UPM projects.
