Job summary

UPM is seeking an Intern, Logistics Invoicing & Claims Specialist in Poland to join the Service Delivery Logistics Team. This temporary role focuses on end-to-end logistics invoicing for road, rail, vessel services and support for claims settlement.

You will learn SAP/MS Office basics and work in a hybrid model with on-site collaboration in Wrocław. The ideal candidate is a student or recent graduate in Finance/Accounting/Logistics, fluent in English, a good communicator and team player, with a

Qualifications

You are a student or you have a relevant university degree or basic experience in Finance/Accounting/Logistics/Supply.
You have a basic knowledge of Supply Chain processes.
You are a good communicator with networking skills.
You are a great team player.
You have a basic knowledge of tools like SAP, MS Office.
You are goal and service delivery oriented.
You are fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for logistics invoicing activities for all transport related services using full self-billing and match & pay settlement type.
Support claim settlement operations.
Ensure that all logistics invoices are timely completed and in approved status.
Ensure timely collection of CMR and other VAT related documentation.
Follow-up standard invoices and those handled by bot and of electronic invoice.
Ensure service level compliance based on defined key performance indicators.
Ensure good communication with external service providers and other stakeholders inside and outside UPM.
