Job summary

UPM Raflatac in Poland invites you to join a service‑oriented logistics team as Intern, Logistics Invoicing & Claims Specialist. You will support end‑to‑end invoicing, claims settlement and documentation control while learning how supply chain processes translate into reliable service.

This temporary internship offers a hybrid work model in Wrocław, collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders, and a chance to develop skills in SAP and MS Office within a global sustainability leader.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate with a focus in Finance/Accounting/Logistics/Supply
• Basic knowledge of Supply Chain processes

• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for logistics invoicing activities for all transport related services using full self-billing and match & pay settlement type
• Support claim settlement operations
• Ensure that all logistics invoices are timely completed and in approved status
• Ensure timely collection of CMR and other VAT related documentation
• Follow-up standard invoices and those handled by bot and of electronic invoice
• Ensure service level compliance based on defined key performance indicators
• Ensure good communication with external service providers and other stakeholders inside and outside UPM

We are now looking for Intern, Logistics Invoicing & Claims Specialist for a temporary position to join our Service Delivery Logistics Team in UPM Business Hub Poland.

What you will do

• Be responsible for logistics invoicing activities for all transport related services (road, vessel, rail, rentals, handlings) using full self-billing and match & pay settlement type
• Support claim settlement operations
• Ensure that all logistics invoices are timely completed and in approved status
• Ensure timely collection of CMR and other VAT related documentation
• Follow-up standard invoices and those handled by bot and of electronic invoice
• Ensure service level compliance based on defined key performance indicators
• Ensure good communication with external service providers and other stakeholders inside and outside UPM

Who you are

• You are a student / You have a relevant university degree or basic experience in Finance/Accounting/Logistics/Supply
• You have a basic knowledge of Supply Chain processes
• You are a good communicator with networking skills
• You are a great team player
• You have a basic knowledge of tools like SAP, MS Office
• You are goal and service delivery oriented
• You are fluent in English

Additional information

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration in Wrocław. We offer a contract of mandate.

The position holder will report to Team Leader, Service Delivery Logistic.
