Job summary

TMF Group in Katowice, Poland, is seeking a Billing Specialist to manage day-to-day invoicing and financial reporting for TMF clients across service lines. The role supports timely payments and accuracy in contract-based billing, with a hybrid work model requiring two office days per week.

The ideal candidate has 1.5–2 years in similar roles and a solid accounting background, strong English and Polish (B2), and proficiency in Excel, Word, and ERP systems (Dynamics/Oracle).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5-2 years in similar roles with accounting background.
• Excellent written and verbal English & Polish (B2).
• Confidentiality and trustworthiness required.
• Ability to organize and coordinate tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• ERP experience with Dynamics or Oracle preferred.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work for Invoicing team and will take care of billing activities for TMF’s clients
• Coordination of client and internal billing processes, invoice validation and approval wherever applicable, debtor coordination activities
• Review and evaluate financial aspects in contracts (wherever applicable) to ensure billing is in line with agreed contracts
• Establish and maintain relationship with respective TMF Local offices & other group functions by serving as a single point of contact for all billing related matter for managed clients
• Submit invoices (wherever applicable) to TMF’s clients through email/ client portal
• Communicate billing related information to all stakeholders as and when required
