Job summary

cnx in Katowice, Poland, is looking for a Team Leader, Operations to supervise a group of call center associates, ensuring performance metrics are met through coaching, motivation and accountability.

You will lead day-to-day operations, coach staff, drive KPIs and quality, handle escalations, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver results in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. This on-site role also offers opportunities to shape team culture and develop future leaders.

Qualifications

• French and English at advanced level (C1/C2).
• Previous experience as Team Leader, Supervisor, or People Manager.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Results-driven mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• Passion for leading, motivating and developing people.
• Availability to work 100% on-site.
