Job summary

You will manage inquiries, documentation, and benefits administration in line with local policies. You will work with HR Partners to ensure data accuracy, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to a seamless employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in HR operations or HR specialist role.
• Proficiency with Workday and HR case management systems.
• Strong knowledge of HR data structures and compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine and complex employee inquiries related to the employee lifecycle, employment contracts, and HR data.
• Draft, prepare, and process employment contracts, addendums, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate approvals, e-signatures, and document updates with HR Business Partners.
• Maintain employee records in Workday and local HR systems with high data accuracy.
