Job summary

GSK in Poznań is seeking a People Services Operations Specialist (German Speaker) to deliver end-to-end HR administration and lifecycle support across Germany. You will ensure accurate HR transactions, maintain high-quality employee data, and support payroll processes as a trusted partner to employees and HR stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Payroll, HRBP, and COE teams to improve processes, drive data quality, and support standardization initiatives in a hybrid Poznań work setup.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English language skills written and spoken.
• Experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or Payroll-related work.
• Experience managing employee lifecycle transactions in HR systems.
• Attention to detail with accuracy and quality, handling confidential data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end HR administration and employee lifecycle support across Germany.
• Process HR transactions accurately within service levels and local regulations.
• Prepare and maintain employee documentation and records.
• Execute payroll-impacting transactions and ensure data quality for payroll.
