Job summary

SINGU is redefining real estate operations with a unified CAFM platform. We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to be the frontline between users and product, supporting 1st and 2nd level application support and guiding customers through migrations to the new platform.

This hybrid role requires 2–3 office days per week in Kraków or Warsaw. You will work in a multilingual environment with German and English, handling migrations, trainings, and knowledge base improvements to enhance user

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English (spoken & written).
• Experience in application support, IT support, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, getting to the root cause.
• Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Confidence presenting to groups; trainings/webinars experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
• Nice to have: basic understanding of databases, APIs, or ticketing systems; hands-on with Intercom, Zoho, or Jira; experience in Facility Management or SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Support users daily via email, phone, and ticketing systems, turning issues into guidance and next steps.
• Troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and coordinate resolutions with the right teams.
• Analyze recurring problems and collaborate with Product & Development to prevent repeats.
• Build and update documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles to speed answers.
• Onboard and train users to navigate the platform with ease and confidence.
• Lead customer migrations by running trainings and webinars and addressing questions along the way.
• Continuously improve platform processes by participating in team initiatives.
