Cross Border Talents in Krakow is seeking a German & English-speaking Business Development Representative to join our international team on a hybrid basis.

You will identify new opportunities, engage with potential clients, manage the sales pipeline, and help drive growth while meeting monthly and quarterly targets. Relocation support is available, with a hybrid schedule and flexible hours to suit a European time zone.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in SaaS, IT, Cloud, or digital advertising sales.
• Proven outbound sales experience and KPI achievement.
• Willingness to relocate to Krakow, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and other channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
• Present solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
