Job summary

PhysIOL is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Kraków to support European operations. You will handle data entry tasks, including orders, invoicing, customer creation, stock allocations, and credits within ERP/CRM systems, while ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes cross-country support, independence, and a strong work ethic. Standard weekday hours are 8:00–16:00, with no visa sponsorship or relocation support provided.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French (minimum B1 level) with French used mainly in written communication.
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems, particularly in order-to-cash processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, returns, credit notes, and invoices accurately in the ERP system.
• Monitor order fulfilment, proactively communicate delays, and support consignment stock reconciliation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance) to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM/ERP and handle basic administrative tasks related to the order-to-cash cycle.
• Identify areas for process improvement and elevate any workload or priority concerns to the manager.
