Job summary

BVI Medical seeks a Customer Service Associate to support European markets with data entry tasks including orders, invoicing, customer creation, stock allocations, and credits in our ERP/CRM systems, ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes cross-functional work with Sales, Logistics and Finance, a Monday–Friday 8:00–16:00 schedule, and a focus on delivering excellent service while maintaining compliance with Poland's work rights requirements.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French (minimum B1 level)
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems, particularly in order-to-cash processes
• Excellent time management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• This position requires legal right to work in the country of employment; visa sponsorship and relocation support are not available

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, returns, credit notes, and invoices accurately in the ERP system
• Monitor order fulfilment, proactively communicate delays, and support consignment stock reconciliation
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance) to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM/ERP and handle basic administrative tasks related to the order-to-cash cycle
• Identify areas for process improvement and elevate workload or priority concerns to the manager
