Job summary

NCH Europe – A Solenis Company is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join the busy sales support team on a remote basis, covering Dutch and French inquiries. The position is a 10-month fixed-term contract and involves order entry, service planning and handling requests from customers and field sales.

You will work closely with the Sales Operations Director, be part of a busy team, and contribute to data accuracy, timely responses, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service/administration environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• IT literacy with strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Fluency in Dutch and French.
• Experience using Oracle and/or SAP systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle order entry, service planning and call handling from customers and sales representatives.
• Achieve and maintain productivity, quality and service standards.
• Process customer orders and data accurately and timely.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and provide data to stakeholders.
