Job summary

Aon Kraków is seeking a Claims Services Processing Specialist with Spanish to join a fast-paced team. You will review cases, analyze policy details, and communicate with insured parties and counsel to support accurate liability assessments.

The role requires strong Spanish (C1) and English (B2+) plus deep knowledge of claims processes. You will use MS Office daily, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to process improvements with a client-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Spanish level at least C1.
• English level at least B2+.
• Knowledge of claims management processes and regulatory environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Promptly reviews and acts with urgency in establishing initial and subsequent contact with all parties and key stakeholders.
• Providing quality customer service and ensure file quality, timely coverage analysis and communication with insured based on policy facts.
• Effective and timely communication with insureds, insured general counsel, and prioritizing exceptional service.
• Update appropriate parties as needed with new facts and their impact on liability analysis and settlements.
• Identify areas of risk in daily operations and escalate issues to team manager.
• Act as escalation point for process or product related issues from daily operations.
• Focus on problem solving in difficult cases and escalation situations.
• Take ownership and perform responsibilities independently and on time.
• Seek process gaps and opportunities for improvement and drive resolutions.
• Buddy new colleagues and share knowledge through shadowing and training.
• Check the work of others to ensure accuracy when required.
