Job summary

Aon plc, Kraków, is seeking a Commercial Risk Claims Services Processing Analyst with German to join our team. You will review claims, communicate with insureds and counsel, support recovery processes, and help drive timely and accurate settlements while maintaining high-quality file management.

Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2+) is required, along with strong numerical and analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• German language level C1 is required.

Responsibilities

• Promptly reviews and initiates contact with all parties and stakeholders.
• Ensure file quality and timely coverage analysis with insured clients.
• Communicate effectively with insureds and general counsel to prioritize service.
• Assist in resolving insurance-related issues and liaise with insurers and clients.
• Support recovery claim accounting and processing of compensation for complex claims.
• Update parties with new facts and assess impact on liability and settlements.
• Identify risks in daily operations and escalate as needed.
• Take ownership of responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Seek process improvements and drive resolutions.
