Job summary

Aon in Krakow is seeking a seasoned Claims Team Manager for the Commercial Risk Claims division to lead a team of claims specialists and analysts, oversee workload distribution, people management, and maintain strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of claims processes, a university degree, at least 3 years of team-management experience, and fluency in Spanish and English; you will translate business strategies into actionable plans and drive service

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in preferred fields.
• Min. 3 years’ experience leading service delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of claims processes.
• Ability to develop and implement claims strategies.
• Experience coordinating with local and international teams.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
