Responsibilities

• Review and act with urgency to establish contact with all parties.
• Provide quality customer service and ensure file quality and coverage analysis.
• Communicate with insureds and counsel, prioritizing client service.
• Support resolving insurance issues with insurers and clients.
• Assist in recoveries and payment of compensation for complex claims.
• Update parties with new facts and impact on liability and settlements.
• Identify daily risk areas and escalate to manager.
• Take ownership and work independently on time.
• Seek process improvements and drive resolutions.
