Experis is seeking an Application Support specialist fluent in English and Chinese to monitor, diagnose and resolve incidents across our client’s systems in Gliwice. You will coordinate with business, development and testing teams to ensure smooth operation and timely responses.

You will participate in releases, analyze logs, back up data, maintain the knowledge base, and provide on-call support when needed. A strong focus on accuracy and communication is essential.

Competenze

• 3 years of experience in Application Support / O&M.
• Knowledge of Linux commands and HTTP/API basics.
• Basic SQL knowledge and MySQL preferred.
• Experience with CRM and monitoring tools.
• English B2 and Chinese B1/B2.
• Willingness to provide on-call support for incidents.

Mansioni

• Daily operation and monitoring of application systems; diagnose incidents.
• Support business users in operating systems and resolve issues.
• Participate in release deployments, environment configuration and change management.
• Analyze logs and collaborate with development teams.
• Create backups and maintain documentation and knowledge base.
