HeadHR is seeking a proactive candidate to assist users with issues related to our app or website, and to participate in various international exhibitions. Proficiency in Spanish (C2) and English (B2/C1) is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Spanish (C2 level), particularly in written communication.
• Advanced English skills (B2/C1 level), primarily written.
• Strong familiarity with digital tools, mobile apps, and the Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist users/customers with resolving issues via email, PlayStore, or AppStore.
• Review and verify data entered into our platform.
• Participate in international exhibitions around 5-7 times per year.
• Prepare exhibition stands and manage hostesses during trade fairs.
• Translate app content and marketing materials.
• Provide feedback and suggest improvements.
• Test new app versions and report bugs.
• Be in touch with local partners/influencers.
