Job summary

PPG Industries (UK) Limited in Wrocław is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to deliver high‑quality customer support across digital channels. You will handle Level 1–2 cases, act as a subject‑matter expert, and support the continuous development of the Customer Service team.

Location: Curie-Skłodowskiej 12, Wrocław. Work Model: 3 office days per week. Fluency in English and German is required, plus strong problem‑solving and collaboration skills to coach junior staff and improve workflows.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
Fluency in English and German is required.
Experience handling complex or escalated customer cases is beneficial.
Experience coaching others is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries across digital channels (email, phone, chat, messaging, social).
Deliver professional, accurate, customer‑focused support to ensure a high‑quality service experience.
Act as a subject‑matter expert for digital tools (CRM, ticketing systems, chat platforms).
Support optimization of digital service workflows and channels.
Maintain and enhance knowledge bases, FAQs, and self‑service content.
Coach and mentor junior team members and support onboarding.
