Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an HR Benefits Specialist in Poland to administer and support employee benefit programs with accuracy and care. You will partner with employees, HR colleagues, and external vendors to deliver compliant benefits and resolve inquiries across the employee lifecycle.

Your role focuses on end‑to‑end benefits in Polish entities, collaboration with Payroll and HR teams, and involvement in Workday benefits modules and system improvements. English and Polish fluency are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on experience in benefits administration, total rewards, or payroll operations.
• Experience maintaining employee records in Workday or similar HRIS.
• Experience managing inquiries and case escalations with ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Polish labor regulations and local market benefit offerings.
• Native or bilingual Polish language skills for local employees and Polish documentation, plus working proficiency in English for regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Administer end-to-end employee benefit programs across Polish entities, including enrollments and life events.
• Handle Tier 2 inquiries and service requests via ServiceNow with clear guidance and timely responses.
• Liaise with external benefit vendors, manage service delivery, and coordinate invoice workflows with Procurement and Finance.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Offboarding, HR Operations, and Payroll to ensure accurate data exchanges and payroll deductions.
• Support Workday Benefits module rollout and global payroll integration through testing and data validation.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment cycles, communications, and issue resolution.
• Maintain SOPs, documentation, and self-service knowledge articles reflecting Polish benefits policies.
