TRUMPF in Warsaw is seeking an HR/People Operations Specialist to manage employee documentation throughout the full employment lifecycle and administer benefits. You will own time-tracking, support payroll input, and act as first contact via Workday, ensuring Polish labour law compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of hands-on HR operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of Polish labour law and payroll.
• Excellent attention to detail with sensitive data.
• Fluent English for daily communications with international stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel and data reporting.

Aufgaben

• Manage employee documentation throughout the full employment lifecycle (contracts, annexes, termination agreements, health & safety records).
• Administer employee benefits programme and oversee payroll input data.
• Own and maintain the time-tracking process, ensuring accuracy of records.
• Serve as first point of contact for employees and managers via HR ticketing system (Workday).
• Create, maintain and improve internal HR procedures, process documentation and work instructions.
• Support managers on HR matters with focus on Polish labour law compliance and participate in HR projects.
