You will manage enrollments, eligibility changes, and inquiries primarily within Workday, collaborate with Payroll, and coordinate with ServiceNow for tier-2 requests. A meticulous, confidential approach is essential.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years in benefits administration or payroll operations.
• Experience administering employee benefits and maintaining records in HRIS.
• Experience managing employee requests and escalations in case management tools.
• Knowledge of Polish labor regulations and local benefits offerings.
• Native/bilingual Polish, professional English for cross‑regional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Administer end-to-end benefits programs across Polish entities, handling enrollments and life events (Workday).
• Handle Tier 2 inquiries and service requests via ServiceNow with compliant guidance.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams (Payroll, Procurement, Finance) for smooth operations.
• Support HR tech initiatives, including Workday Benefits module rollout and payroll integration.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment and update SOPs and self‑service knowledge articles.
