Job summary

Kyndryl Inc. is seeking an HR Benefits Specialist in Wroclaw, Poland, to administer and support employee benefit programs across Polish entities.

You will partner with employees, HR colleagues, and external vendors to ensure accurate benefit transactions and compliant processes throughout the employee lifecycle. Role focuses on open enrollment, case management via ServiceNow, and coordination with Payroll and HR Ops.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of benefits administration or payroll operations experience.
• Experience with Workday Benefits module is preferred.
• Experience handling inquiries via ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
• Solid knowledge of Polish labor regulations and local benefit offerings.
• Excellent data accuracy and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Administer end-to-end employee benefit programs across Polish entities, managing enrollments and eligibility changes, primarily within Workday.
• Monitor and resolve Tier 2 employee benefit inquiries and service requests with clear, compliant guidance.
• Act as the primary liaison for external benefit vendors, overseeing service delivery and coordinating invoice workflows.
• Collaborate with HR Services teams and Payroll to ensure seamless data exchanges and accurate payroll deductions.
• Support HR technology initiatives, performing user testing and data verification for Workday Benefits rollout and payroll integration.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment cycles, including communications and issue resolution.
• Maintain SOPs, documentation, and self-service knowledge articles reflecting current Polish benefits policies and compliance.
